Hockey Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that their 3rd Annual Coaches Conference will take place June 25 and June 26 2010 at Dalhousie University

Hockey Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that their 3rd Annual Coaches Conference will take place June 25th and June 26th 2010 at Dalhousie University.

This conference will run in conjunction with the Hockey Nova Scotia High Performance Program's June Devleopment Camp for the 2011 Nova Scotia Male and Female Canada Games Hockey Teams.

This conference is open to all coaches of any level and background and will feature seminars on various topics including:

Developing Defenseman-  Chris Donnelly, Halifax Mooseheads
Power Play -  Troy Ryan, Halifax Junior A Lions
Running effective Practices-  Brad Crossley, Dartmouth Subways
Skill Development -  Tom lee, St. Mary's Huskies
Defensive Zone Coverage-  Kirk Tomlinson, Halifax Major Midgets
Evaluating Players-  Ron Watkins, Former Junior A Coach
Finnish Coaching Program - Aaron Rice, Cape Breton Major Midget
Developing Goaltenders-  Bob Mayo, Former Major Midget Coach
Team Building and Yearly Planning-  Lesley Jordan, Dal Tigers

Registration is $50 per coach and includes all presentations and a gift from Hockey Nova Scotia.
